Umicore signs diversity statement
Hugo Morel, Executive Vice President of Umicore Precious Metals Refining, signed the diversity statement of the 'Ondernemersplatform' (Platform for entrepreneurs). This is an initiative of different Flemish organizations (VKW, VOKA and UNIZO) that informs companies and makes them aware of the added value of a strong diversity policy.
In the Umicore Way, the company mission statement and basic philosophy, Umicore states that she believes in equal opportunities, fairness and diversity. She recruits and promotes on a basis of qualifications for the work to be performed.
